Present, as needed, during Asset Management or ownership/investor meetings.    Lease Enforcement: Approve prospective resident applications, conduct periodic apartment inspections, evict residents, and impose and collect late fees and other charges.    Resident Satisfaction and Retention: Promote resident satisfaction and retention by responding to complaints, questions, and requests in a timely manner, and ensuring maintenance team compliance with service standards. Lead the leasing program including resident retention/renewal to maintain maximum occupancy. Coach, lead, train, and motivate the leasing professional to success. Oversee daily leasing paperwork.
