Impec Group currently seeks a dedicated and reliable Custodial Supervisor to join our team at our head quarters in Santa Clara, CA. Your primary responsibility will be assisting the Director of Custodial Services with the delivery of custodial and site services for the division’s custodial services program. Pay Range: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour (non-exempt, regular full time) Title: Custodial Supervisor (Night) Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 pm - 2:30 am Requirements Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Must have a knowledge of effective cleaning techniques and routine preventive maintenance; knowledge of cleaning materials, supplies, equipment, building fixtures and equipment. Ability to learn and properly utilize various machines/equipment especially as machines/equipment is upgraded; ability to express ideas clearly, both orally and in writing; ability to plan, train and provide work direction to other in a manner that is conducive to full performance and high morale of the employee; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with school administrators and staff. Must be able to respond to emergencies as needed; must be able to rotate between a day/night shift, as directed. Education and Experience A minimum of a high school diploma or GED, required. Must have a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience working in custodial and/or building maintenance work. Physical Requirements Some standing, walking, moving, climbing, carrying, bending, kneeling, crawling, reaching, handling, pushing and pulling. Lift 10‐40 pounds frequently, 40‐75 pounds occasionally, and more than 75 pounds infrequently. Special Requirements Possession of a valid driver’s license Fluency in English and Spanish Computer knowledge and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (word, excel, outlook) Employment authorization will be conducted via E-Verify within the first three days of employment.
