Description

As a Roll-Off Driver, you’ll be the face of Valley Services out on the road. You’ll safely operate roll-off trucks to deliver, exchange, and remove debris containers for residential and commercial clients. You’ll ensure each job is completed safely, efficiently, and with top-tier customer service. Your attention to safety, equipment maintenance, and route accuracy will help keep our operations running smoothly and our clients satisfied. Responsibilities:    Perform daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections in line with company policy and DOT regulations. Operate roll-off trucks to transport waste containers to and from customer sites on designated routes. Read route sheets, use GPS/maps, and follow dispatch instructions to complete daily assignments. Load and unload containers safely while following all applicable safety guidelines. Accurately complete route logs, productivity sheets, and Vehicle Condition Reports (VCRs). Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the assigned truck. Communicate clearly with dispatchers about delays, safety concerns, or customer issues. Provide friendly, respectful, and professional service to all clients and the public. Follow all Valley Services safety policies and comply with State and Federal DOT regulations.
