$$$ PAID ON THE JOB TRAINING $$$ The Arc of Ocean County is looking for currently seeking a part time Crew Chief to providing training, supervision and support to individuals with disabilities who are employed on a cleaning crew. This position requires travel throughout Ocean County to fill the needs of various contracts. Schedule: The candidate must also have a flexible schedule in order to meet the cleaning needs of the various contracts. At least one weekend shift per week is required. Pay: $21.15 per hour, Bi-Weekly Pay Schedule, Flexible evening and weekend hours Description The crew chief will take a group of individuals to various sites throughout the community to perform outside contracted cleaning services and supervise a group of individuals with disabilities employed through the cleaning service to perform tasks associated with the job. The job will also require the successful candidate to perform janitorial tasks along side the crew to ensure the job is completed up to the customer's standards. Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred, not required.
