Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Medical Assistant preferred. Proven experience as a Medical Assistant or similar role in a clinical setting. Knowledge of medical terminology and practices relevant to dermatology. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain patient confidentiality. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Basic proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and general office software.
