The position will perform troubleshooting, support of existing applications, build requested custom applications, data analysis, recommend solutions and provide fixes to technical issues encountered by users of the team’s applications. This individual will also work with vendors and coordinate vendor application support. There will be an on-call 24x7 rotating shift support requirement.
