Complete documentation in timely manner. Assist with housing searches, applications, landlord meetings, and apartment viewings. Support participants transitioning from treatment to independent living, including ongoing tenancy and family support. Provide tenancy education and assistance, including landlord negotiation and compliance with lease responsibilities.
