Our mission is rooted in inclusion, dignity, and empowering people to lead fulfilling, independent lives.   About the Division of Supportive Housing (DSH) MHA’s Division of Supportive Housing (DSH) provides safe, stable housing and individualized wraparound services for individuals who have experienced chronic homelessness. Many of the people we serve are also navigating challenges related to substance use, incarceration, or trauma. DSH programs are designed to support long-term stability and help individuals successfully transition to independent, permanent housing. Through person-centered care, housing navigation, and community-based supports, we empower each individual to build a foundation for recovery, self-sufficiency, and a better quality of life. ____________________________________________________________________________________________ Position Summary The Case Manager provides outreach, assessment and engagement to participants of the SOR Rapid Rehousing Program.  Support participants in residential substance use treatment transition out of treatment into independent living. Provide ongoing case management support. Work with participant to assess their needs, find safe and affordable housing, manage their income, and strengthen community support. Complete documentation in timely manner. Perform responsibilities professionally, in accordance with MHA’s Core Values (Respect, Integrity, and Compassion), policies, practices, program funding and applicable regulatory agency guidelines.  Pay Rate: $20 an hour Schedule: Monday through Friday 9am-5pm (40h), with some flexibility required Key Responsibilities Assess participant eligibility and gather required documentation for entry into the program. Engage participants using a trauma-informed, person-centered approach to identify goals and support community integration. Assist with housing searches, applications, landlord meetings, and apartment viewings. Support participants transitioning from treatment to independent living, including ongoing tenancy and family support. Provide tenancy education and assistance, including landlord negotiation and compliance with lease responsibilities. Help participants develop safety and relapse prevention plans, and connect to appropriate recovery supports. Assist with employment, education, money management, and accessing benefits and community resources. Coordinate medical, dental, psychiatric appointments, and connect participants to medication management when needed. Maintain complete and timely documentation, including incident reports, service notes, and use of agency systems. About the Role The Barista is responsible for preparing and selling drinks by following recipes and preparation techniques, as well as generating revenue by attracting new customers. Position Responsibilities Welcomes customers by determining their coffee interests and needs. Educates customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu; answering questions. Sells coffees and coffee grinding and brewing equipment by explaining differences in coffee beans and coffee preparation machines; demonstrating how brewing equipment operates. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Billing Specialist with specialized knowledge in urology medical billing. This role is responsible for managing the revenue cycle, ensuring accurate charge capture, claim submission, payment posting, and denial management specific to urology services and procedures. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of urology coding, payer guidelines, and compliance regulations to maximize reimbursement and support practice growth. Key Responsibilities Accurately prepare and submit claims for urology-related services, including office visits, diagnostic procedures, surgeries, and ancillary services. Ensure proper coding of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 specific to urology procedures (e.g., cystoscopy, lithotripsy, prostate procedures, urodynamics). Review documentation for accuracy and compliance with payer requirements and federal regulations. Manage accounts receivable, post payments, and reconcile EOBs/ERAs. Monitor and resolve claim denials, rejections, and underpayments in a timely manner. Communicate with insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims and appeal denied claims. Verify patient insurance benefits, obtain prior authorizations when required, and advise on patient responsibility. Collaborate with physicians, coders, and administrative staff to ensure proper documentation and billing practices. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payer policies, coding changes, and compliance requirements in urology. Provide monthly reporting on billing performance, collections, and aging accounts. Requirements Required: 2+ years of medical billing experience, with at least 1 year in urology or surgical specialties. Strong knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 coding for urology procedures.
