Under general supervision, the Front Desk and Leasing Specialist staff plays a key role in providing exceptional service and support at Boulder Housing Partners – Golden West Community, located at 1055 Adams Circle. This position is essential to fostering a welcoming, safe, and well-organized environment for residents, visitors, and staff.   The staff member will serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, ensuring a professional and courteous experience for all. Responsibilities include greeting residents and visitors, taking payments, entering work orders, answering phones, managing incoming messages, coordinating appointments, collecting and scanning them to the appropriate staff member.
