What You’ll Love About This Role $25–$30 per hour, based on experience Full Time schedule: 4-5 days per week No evenings or weekends Full benefits package (for 25+ hours/week): Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) with 4% match Paid Time Off and 7 paid holidays Employee Assistance Program: Free confidential counseling and support Voluntary benefits: Pet insurance, identity theft protection, and more All PPE provided – safe and compliant workplace Continuing education opportunities What You’ll Do Assist the doctor chairside during exams and procedures Take impressions, x-rays, and chart notes accurately during patient exams and treatments. Oversee zoom bleaching and place buttons for Invisalign. Anticipate the doctor’s needs and maintain treatment flow Use creativity to comfort anxious or pediatric patients Maintain treatment rooms and follow sterilization protocols Promote dental education and home care to patients and families Stay current on safety, compliance, and licensure requirements Oversee daily schedules, ensuring a smooth patient flow and minimizing wait times. Effectively manage supply inventory and making timely orders. Assist with front-office tasks, including gathering consent forms and understanding insurance eligibility Requirements Active RDA License in the state of California 3+ years of dental assisting experience preferred Strong clinical, communication, and team skills Comfortable with both patient care and front office support A positive attitude and the ability to work independently or with a team X-Ray Certificate and at least one year of experience. Strong emotional intelligence, with the ability to manage your own emotions and understand those of others, fostering positive relationships, reducing team stress, and contributing to job satisfaction Benefits What We Offer: 4 to 5 days a week, 7:45 am until 5:00 pm (Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays required) $25-$30 per hour plus bonus opportunity. 401(k) and up to a 4% match.
