We are offering an opportunity to put your experience in Wireless Construction and maintenance to good use, to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment, and do so for one of the fastest-growing construction companies in the U.S. Responsibilities: Installing, maintaining, repairing, and servicing communications equipment such as antennas and towers, including fiber optic cables and other components; Performing equipment swaps and site upgrades; Conducting repairs to telecom towers at a height; Ensuring on-site safety and complying with safety standards; Performing tests on equipment to ensure it is functioning properly; Review the scope of work and construction drawings with the Crew Leader; Maintaining records of work orders and completion dates. Requirements At least 1-2 years of experience as a Tower Technician; Experience with antenna, fiber optic cabling, coax, and radio & microwave installations; Demonstrated expertise in construction skills, rigging, safety and general industry knowledge; Climbing/rescue training and basic first aid training are preferred; Knowledge of electrical systems, telecommunications, and safety regulations. The Role: Ground Support plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of our tutoring programs in classrooms across the country. As a Ground Support Part Time Employee, you will be responsible for assisting students with logging into the Tutored by Teachers platform and resolving any technical issues they encounter. Your previous classroom experience will enable you to manage the learning environment and address any classroom-specific challenges. The ideal candidate has experience as a classroom teacher and is comfortable with both technology and troubleshooting on-site issues. This is a part-time role for the school year (e.g., September 2025 to May 2026) paid on an hourly basis. There is no guaranteed minimum of hours a week. Rate range is ~$30 per hour. Key Responsibilities: - Assist students in logging into Tutored by Teachers. - Troubleshoot technical issues that arise during platform setup or use. - Provide on-the-ground support to students and teachers to ensure smooth implementation of the program. - Collaborate with school staff to address any technology or classroom management issues. - Communicate with Tutored by Teachers Engagement Managers to keep them updated on how the engagements are running. - Ensure that all classroom technology (e.g., laptops, tablets) is functional and ready for use. Requirements Requirements: - Prior experience as a classroom teacher or pursuing teacher/credential degree is preferred. - Strong technology skills and the ability to troubleshoot tech issues efficiently, especially with Chromebooks and iPads.  -Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meets - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple classrooms or settings. - Flexibility to adapt to different school environments and student needs. - A passion for education and helping students succeed. -Availability during the school day -Must have a car, driver's license, and be willing to drive to multiple schools in one day within LAUSD - Must be willing to complete a fingerprinting background check (at TbT expense) to meet school visitation requirements. ABOUT THE ROLE As Sushi Chef, you’ll own the entire sushi program—sourcing the best seasonal product, preparing it with care, and plating with precision to let the ingredients speak for themselves.   You’ll oversee every step, from procurement and prep, to service and quality control.  You will also work very closely with the front-of-house team to deliver an exceptional and seamless guest experience This is a hands-on role for a chef who thrives in an intimate, guest-facing setting and understands that restraint can be just as powerful as complexity. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Operations & Compliance Prepare and serve sushi, sashimi, and nigiri to exacting standards of precision, presentation, and consistency. Keep up to date with any allergy procedures and recipes Maintain a clean, organized, and well-prepped work station at all times. Sourcing & Product Care Select and handle seafood with the highest attention to freshness, sustainability, and seasonality. Maintain proper storage, rotation, and product handling protocols. Manage vendor relationships and ordering for sushi-specific items. Track inventory and control waste to support cost goals. Collaboration & Guest Experience Lead tastings with FOH staff on new products and recipes. Communicate consistently and effectively with FOH staff to ensure service is coordinated and smooth. QUALIFICATIONS & PREREQUISITES 3+ years professional sushi experience, ideally in omakase or high-end sushi environments. Strong knife skills and deep knowledge of traditional sushi preparation. Understanding of fish seasonality, sourcing, and sustainable practices. Able to work cleanly and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Develop scope, timeline, and budget for assigned wireless projects; Interpret construction drawings/blueprints, and job orders as needed; Understand and adhere to all digging laws, over all team captain; Work near construction hazardous equipment and machinery when in the field; Maintain safe working habits/conditions according to all safety standards; Estimate and report to the Civil Foreman on all construction activities progress.
