Talent & Culture Support: Schedule in-person interviews, arrange milestone celebrations, and coordinate birthday gifts for employees. Plan and coordinate all electrical activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes, and safety standards. Oversee the installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems, equipment, and components. Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement project schedules and budgets. Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, providing technical expertise and guidance to the team. Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, daily logs, and change orders. Requirements Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman in an industrial construction setting. Thorough understanding of electrical systems, wiring methods, and safety protocols. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team. Deploy, configure, and manage Microsoft Intune for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM). Administer policies and configurations for Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS devices. Integrate Intune with Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) for user and device identity management. Develop and implement Conditional Access policies to ensure secure and compliant access to resources. Manage device compliance policies and monitor non-compliant devices. Package and deploy applications using Intune, including Win32, Microsoft Store, and LOB apps. Maintain and manage Office 365 (O365) services and applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive for Business. Collaborate with security and compliance teams to implement data protection and DLP policies. Monitor and troubleshoot Intune, Azure AD, and O365 environments using tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Log Analytics, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint. Provide support for end-user device issues and ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding processes. Generate and maintain documentation for policies, procedures, and configurations. Requirements 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, especially Azure AD, Conditional Access, and role-based access control (RBAC). Experience managing and troubleshooting Office 365 applications and services. Solid understanding of device lifecycle management in enterprise environments. Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
