About the Role: We are seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home, individualized therapy to clients ranging from infants to young adults (ages 0–18) in Colorado Springs, CO. *Please note: Resume with employment history is required for consideration* We are looking for responsible and efficient cleaners to join our team at Harper's Model Home Services. The team member will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of brand new model homes, including bathrooms and Sales Offices. Team member may also be asked to perform various minor maintenance tasks (such as emptying trash and changing lightbulbs). Work is typically performed in the morning between 5am to 10am, however exceptions can be made based on availability. We will provide all equipment needed to perform your job and training is handled on site by our field managers. Responsibilities: Vacuum and polish hardwood, tile, and laminate floors Dust furniture and other surfaces. Able to independently manage a project from groundbreaking through commissioning and punch list. Proficiency in Procore (advanced user and trainer), BIM software, Trimble Connect, and other project management tools. Skilled in creating and updating Gantt chart schedules, tracking submittals, and managing change orders (PCOs/CCOs). Familiar with pre-construction planning and value engineering activities. Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
