Who We're Looking For Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Active bar license(s) in good standing for at least one U.S. state where you wish to practice Minimum 3 years’ experience practicing estate planning or related legal fields Medicaid asset protection and special needs planning experience is required Ability to independently onboard and manage clients Multi-state licensure or reciprocity is strongly preferred Benefits No-cost Client Acquisition – Stop spending time and money on marketing and chasing prospects.
