Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a Corrugated Packaging Sales Executive Overview: A fully remote sales role for an experienced corrugated packaging professional. This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission and requires the candidate to be located near one of our client's key markets. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing key accounts, and developing long-term commercial strategies within the packaging industry. Reminder: Candidate must live within 100 miles of one of the specified locations (Boston, MA; Syracuse, NY; Phoenix, AZ; Houston, TX; Columbus, OH; Cleveland, OH; Starkville, MS; Milwaukee, WI; Lake Geneva, WI). Key Responsibilities: Learn and adjust to market dynamics to define long-term commercial strategies. Maximize usage of internal resources to leverage knowledge of market trends and competition. Analyze and modify pricing dynamics within accounts to maximize positive collaboration. Develop and execute account growth plans for targeted customers. Execute on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (KPIs). Monitor profitability levels and analyze monthly financial summaries. Manage contractual relationships and negotiate multi-year contracts. Create and deliver engaging presentations to internal and external audiences. The Opportunity: Total Life is currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Associate Clinical Social Work (ASW) Intern in the state of California who is looking to fill their clinical hours for licensure by providing virtual individual therapy under a supervisor. The successful candidate must have proven experience working with seniors suffering from anxiety, depression, grief and loss, loneliness, life transition, medication/pain management, and end-of-life planning. Your Role: Provide clinical and therapeutic services to individuals according to discipline standards and in accordance with policies and procedures. Completing individualized biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes within 24-48 hours. Maintain confidentiality of electronic health records (EHR) that are in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and other federal and state regulations. Remain up to date with clinical knowledge and treatment modalities. Demonstrates understanding of sound ethical practice. Complete and maintain all required continuing education requirements for specific licensure and specializations. Be aware of community referral sources and refer when necessary. Follow all safety protocols as set out by National Association of Social Workers (NASW) Code of Ethics. Requirements Master’s degree from an accredited university or college in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or in a related human services field. Must be license eligible in the state of California (Board of Social Work) or have an active Associate License within the state of California. Must possess and provide proof of professional liability insurance/malpractice insurance or will need to purchase a policy prior to hiring. Maintain current liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 claim limit/$3,000,000 aggregate. Ability to efficiently use web-based systems for quality review of records and work performed. What the Mobile Diesel Mechanic/Technician role looks like: Perform onsite scheduled preventative maintenance, DOT inspections and follow up repairs to Class 6-8 trucks in a mobile/field environment.  Perform Emergency Road Service Calls.  Respond to call center dispatched scheduled and unscheduled service and maintenance requests.  Diagnose and repair various types of truck equipment including, but not limited to the following: Electrical/Brake/Cooling Systems, Starters/Alternators, Air conditioning systems, Fan clutches, Engine electronics, Power steering systems, Engines (gas and diesel), Transmissions (manual and automatic), Clutches, Differentials, etc.  Inspect, test, and listen to defective equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using test instruments such as handheld computers and pressure gauges.  Use basic hand tools, precision instruments, as well as power tools, welding equipment, and jacks.  Road test vehicles to diagnose malfunctions or to ensure that they are working properly.  Maintain a high level of productivity and be able to work within or close to most standard repair times.  Obtain parts from approved local and national vendors as necessary for the repairs to be performed.  Maintain company issued service truck, conduct safety checks and pre/post trip inspections.  Perform other duties as assigned. What our ideal candidate looks like: Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Diesel Technician on Class 6-8 trucks and trailers.  Proficiency in DOT inspections and air brake repairs.  Excellent verbal communication skills.
