This is a direct-hire opportunity for a professional who excels in a hands-on environment with minimal supervision, particularly within the aerospace sector. Key Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and perform adjustments on CNC 5-axis machining centers. Troubleshoot machine controllers, equipment, and processes to ensure quality and efficiency. Read and interpret complex blueprints to meet precise specifications. Select appropriate tools and set correct feeds and speeds for optimal machining. Inspect machined parts using precision hand tools and measuring equipment. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, including all tools and equipment.
