Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a CNC Programmer & Machinist - Precision Manufacturing Overview: This is a full-time, permanent position with a stable, family-owned company in the Ball Center, Wisconsin area. Key Responsibilities: Program, set up, and operate CNC and manual machines (mills, lathes, grinders) to fabricate precision parts. Interpret complex blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues independently to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Inspect parts using advanced measuring tools (CMM, micrometers, calipers, height gauges). Suggest and implement process improvements for increased efficiency and quality. Train and mentor less-experienced machinists. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to meet project timelines and quality standards. Perform preventative maintenance on machines and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Requirements: Education: A High School Diploma or GED is required. A vocational school or technical certification is preferred. Experiences: 2+ years of experience in CNC machine programming and setup. 2+ years of hands-on CNC programming experience. Proficient in CNC programming (G-code, Fanuc, Mazak, Haas, or similar controls). Strong knowledge of materials, tooling, feeds, and speeds. Proven ability to work from complex blueprints and GD&T symbols. Other: Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder. Solid work history with strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude. Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma practices is a plus. We have cases all throughout New York State(Including All 5 Boroughs and Upstate New York) Requirements Responsibilities Implement individualized treatment plans designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Provide direct, one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes. Maintain a safe, positive, and professional therapeutic environment. Collect accurate data during sessions and document client progress.
