Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a Tax Senior Manager Overview: Join a dynamic team in a pivotal leadership role, overseeing comprehensive tax services across multiple engagements. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate high-quality tax services for multiple client engagements simultaneously. Foster and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted tax advisor. Mentor, supervise, and contribute to the professional development of junior team members. Ensure timely billing and collection processes. Drive firm growth through active participation in business development and management initiatives. Demonstrate deep industry and technical expertise in accounting and tax principles. Requirements: Education Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. An advanced degree (e.g., Master of Taxation) is preferred. Experiences Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is required. 7-10 years of relevant, progressive experience in public accounting or tax services. Demonstrated experience in client relationship management and business development. Other Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong quantitative and qualitative research and analytical abilities. Proven skills in leadership, project management, and relationship building. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
