(Job TE- 1155) Senior Tax Accountant

Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a Tax Senior Overview: A detail-oriented and experienced Tax Senior is needed to join our client's team in Chandler, Arizona. This role is perfect for a motivated professional who excels in a collaborative, client-focused environment and is eager to grow within the firm. You will be responsible for preparing complex tax returns and providing proactive tax planning and advisory services. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review federal, state, and local income tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts. Perform technical tax research and document findings. Manage and prioritize multiple client engagements to deliver high-quality service in a timely manner. Supervise, mentor, and train junior staff and interns. Identify and communicate tax planning opportunities to clients. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication. Assist with IRS and state tax audits and correspondence. Stay up to date with changes in tax regulations and accounting standards. Use tax software and technology tools effectively to improve efficiency. Requirements: Education Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required. Master’s in Taxation or a CPA license is preferred. Experiences 3+ years of recent tax experience in public accounting. Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state tax laws. Other Proficiency in tax preparation software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Compensation and Benefits: Salary $85,000 - $105,000 Per Year Benefits Comprehensive benefits package (details provided upon application) Schedule: Full-time Work arrangement: On-site
