Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for an Industrial Electrical Foreman (Working Foreman) Overview: A hands-on working foreman role leading industrial crews to install, modify, and repair plant power and control systems. The ideal candidate will ensure all work is completed safely, on schedule, and to specification on various industrial growth projects. This position involves regional travel with a schedule designed to get you home for weekends. Key Responsibilities: Lead and work alongside a crew of industrial electricians. Install, modify, and repair industrial power and control systems. Interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications. Perform medium-voltage (1-15 kV) terminations and installations. Work with switchgear, Motor Control Centers (MCCs), rigid conduit, and cable tray. Uphold the highest standards of safety and quality on every project. Requirements: Education: Vocational degree or equivalent certification in Electrical Trades is required. Experiences: 5+ years of overall electrical experience. Minimum of 2+ years of specific industrial electrical experience (residential/commercial experience does not qualify). Proven experience with medium-voltage systems (1-15 kV). Hands-on experience with switchgear, MCCs, rigid conduit, cable tray, and terminations. Demonstrated experience reading blueprints and schematics. Prior crew leadership or foreman experience is required. Other: Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and are willing to undergo a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) check. Must be willing to travel regionally. Preferred/Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with PLCs and VFDs. Testing experience (megger, IR, hi-pot). OSHA-30 certification. NCCER certification or state electrical license. Compensation and Benefits: Salary: Salary base + allowances Benefits: $100/day per diem for projects 75+ miles from HQ.
