CDR Health care Inc.is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses within the Tampa area upcoming projects. All shifts are available: Full-time, Part-time, Per Diem. Responsibilities potentially including but not limited to: Recording a patient's medical information accurately Back-up relief for all staff positions as needed. Adhere to all company policies and rules. Perform specific tasks as requested by the incident commander or supervisor. Provide emotional and psychological support when needed. Communicate with patient's family or friends to provide advice, comfort and instructions. Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc. as needed. Requirements Current State of Florida LPN license required in good standing. Minimum ASN and/or BSN preferred, not required. Proven experience as LPN Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team. Understanding of confidentiality obligations and best practices Excellent knowledge of medical terminology Above average physical condition and stamina Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and able to handle stress. Excellent observation skills with high attention to detail Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 30 pounds. Must submit to and pass a drug screen, background check. Ability to provide Form I-9 documents that shows your identity and eligibility to work in the United States Other duties which may arise that commensurate with the title and position. Full immunization record must be presented before hire, Covid vaccine not included. BLS and ACLS certificates Bilingual (Required) Schedule This project is expected to start June 2023. Day Shift - 8am - 5pm (subject to change) Open Monday through Friday
