You are what make us amazing!   Pay: Pay Range: $50.00 - $52.00 per skilled visit Start of Care (SOC) Rate: $120 - $150 (depending on experience and qualifications) Sign-on Bonus: Full Time - $2000.00. Paid at 90 days of employment. Must have worked an average of 30 hours a week in the prior 90 days Part Time - $1000.00. Paid at 90 days of employment. must have worked an average of 20 hours a week in the prior 90 days   Schedule: Full-Time 32 visits or more / Part-Time 29 visits or less   Role Overview: We are seeking motivated RN's with experience in Home Health Skilled Nursing Visits to join our team in Loveland.
