Requirements Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification. 1-5 years of experience Prior experience as a CNA or in a similar healthcare role is preferred. Knowledge of basic patient care principles and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Compassion and empathy towards patients. Physical stamina and ability to lift and move patients. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Basic computer skills for documentation purposes.
