Patient Reception & Check-In Greet patients warmly upon arrival and create a welcoming environment. Verify and update patient demographic information. Ensure new patient forms and medical histories are complete. 2. Scheduling & Calendar Management Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments. Maintain efficient appointment flow to maximize productivity. Manage cancellations and no-show follow-ups. 3. Insurance & Financial Coordination Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits. Obtain necessary pre-authorizations. Present treatment plans with estimated costs and insurance coverage. Process payments, copays, and balance collections. 4.
