As part of the Network Operations team, you will be responsible for providing 24x7 monitoring of all components of Sinch's network utilizing various network monitoring systems and direct access to switches, DACS, routers, and other network elements. Technicians are alerted to and must act upon any alarm conditions. NOC Technicians engage with customers, carriers/providers/vendors, and internal teams to facilitate the accurate and timely resolution of customer or network issues.
