Key Responsibilities Sourcing & Recruitment: Learn to identify, vet, and recruit influencers who align with Shameless Snacks’ brand values and target audience on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, with expert guidance from our team. Master outreach strategies to secure partnerships with top-tier creators, supported by seasoned mentors. Develop skills in negotiating rates, usage rights, deliverables, and timelines with influencers and their management teams. Campaign Execution & Briefing: Coordinate influencer campaigns from start to finish, including briefs, scheduling, link creation, contracts, product seeding, timelines, and payment terms, with full support to ensure success. Performance Tracking & Optimization: Gain expertise in analyzing creator performance (CTR, CPA, ROAS), providing feedback, and refining strategies to maximize campaign impact. Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with influencers and talent agencies. Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with our growth, creative, and media teams to integrate top-performing content into paid campaigns, whitelisting, and top-of-funnel strategies. New Beginnings is seeking a highly motivated, self-starter to join our Vehicle Encampment Resolution Project team as an Outreach Case Manager to provide services to individuals experiencing homelessness in Santa Barbara County. The Encampment Resolution Project will work to resolve 21 vehicle encampments county-wide. The Outreach Case Managers will outreach and case management to unsheltered homeless individuals living in identified vehicle encampments countywide. Utilizing New Beginning’s integrated approach for Street Based Outreach, the Outreach Case Managers provide outreach/engagement and case management services to quickly assess client needs, provide immediate interventions, and consistently connect clients to appropriate services. Outreach Case Managers perform screening assessments, make appropriate referrals, connect clients to social services, and manage substantial documentation requirements. The successful candidates will have the ability to represent New Beginnings in a diplomatic and professional manner with partners, funders, law enforcement and other agencies and government city/county entities. The Outreach Case Managers will participate in a cross agency multidisciplinary approach to engage the hardest to serve homeless in an effort to connect them to services.  We are hiring one Outreach Case Manager dedicated to North Santa Barbara County, based out of our Lompoc and Santa Maria offices.
