Candidates must pass a written test which consists of measurements, conversions of fractions/decimals, and tool descriptions. A hands-on test may also be given if you pass the written test. One year of paid welding and fabricating experience or completion of college trade school training program that included welding Fabrication. Hours are Monday through Friday 8 to 5. 12 to 1 is lunch.
