We're searching for candidates who can: Create and manage work schedules for servers, ensuring there’s enough staff to cover busy and slow periods effectively. Onboard new servers, teaching them about menu items, service standards, and restaurant policies, while also providing ongoing training to enhance skills and performance.  During shifts, observe servers to ensure they adhere to procedures, deliver high-quality service, and assist with customer needs or challenges as they arise. Step in to resolve disputes or problems, whether between staff members or involving customers, to maintain a positive atmosphere.  Oversee the stock of service essentials — such as menus, utensils, etc. — ensuring everything is readily available for smooth service.  Assist with complex customer requests or complaints when needed, helping to uphold the operation’s reputation and ensure guest satisfaction.  Regularly assess how servers are performing, offering constructive feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement or additional training.  Manage server-related paperwork, including time sheets, payroll details, or disciplinary records.  Requirements Previous related leadership experience.
