The Assistant General Manager (AGM) plays a key leadership role in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Working alongside the General Manager, the AGM helps ensure top-quality customer service, operational excellence, and team development. This position is responsible for helping lead the team, manage inventory, uphold Bojangles’ brand standards, and drive store performance. Pay: $18-20 per hour Key Responsibilities: Assist the General Manager in overseeing restaurant operations, including food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and staff performance.
