The Position Our bank client is seeking to fill a Branch Manager role in the Milwaukee, WI area. This selected candidate will be responsible for expanding the branch’s customer base and overall branch profitability by actively seeking business both inside and outside of the bank. The candidate will also be expected to grow the deposit portfolio. This position includes a generous salary of up to $67K and a full benefits package. (This is not a remote position). Branch Manager responsibilities include: Leading teams through a multi-faceted sales process that creates positive customer experiences, uncover customers’ goals and financial needs, and results in identifying appropriate products and services to meet those needs. Opening and closing the branch. Coaching, leading and motivating employees to be effective in their roles. Communicating corporate updates, initiatives, and expectations to their team members.
