ZeroFox is looking for an ambitious and strategic Regional Sales Director for the TOLA (Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas) region to lead our business development efforts. In this role, you will be driving revenue growth by establishing new customer relationships. You will leverage your deep knowledge of cybersecurity solutions to position ZeroFox as a leader in the market. Your ability to navigate complex enterprise environments and articulate the value of cybersecurity effectively is essential. Role and Responsibilities Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with ZeroFox's overall business objectives, with a strong focus on acquiring new accounts. Identify, qualify, and establish relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations in the TOLA region. Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets and quotas. Work collaboratively with marketing and product teams to create tailored value propositions that resonate with regional clients' needs. Analyze market dynamics, client feedback, and competitor activity to refine selling strategies proactively. Conduct regular business reviews and provide forecast reports to senior leadership regarding sales activities, challenges, and opportunities within the region. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand ZeroFox’s visibility and client base in the region. Requirements 5-7 years of successful sales experience in the cybersecurity domain, specifically focusing on enterprise-level accounts. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth. Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and the challenges faced by organizations in the TOLA region. Exceptional relationship-building skills with a proven ability to engage with C-level and other high-ranking executives. Ability to manage a complex sales cycle and demonstrate strong negotiation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on storytelling and articulating concepts clearly. Proficient in leveraging CRM software, like Salesforce, to track sales metrics and manage relationships. High level of self-motivation, organization, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Willingness to travel frequently within the region to meet clients and attend relevant events. Strong analytical skills to assess problems, identify solutions, and measure success.
