We are expanding our corporate team and are searching for an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring optimal performance through effective staff management, inventory control, and customer service. Key Responsibilities: Store Operations Support: Assist in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with company policies. Previous experience in retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service practices.
