Admission to both NY State and Federal Courts required. Trial experience and ability to manage a caseload independently a plus. Proficiency in NY e-filing; MS Office Suite; time/billing software; and discovery management software tools. As a Civil Litigation Defense Attorney you will be responsible for representing clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters. These roles are primarily responsible for supervising teams of Staff Attorneys and/or contract attorneys working on large litigation, investigatory, and regulatory matters in the discovery phase. *Candidates must have 3 or more years of doc review supervisory experience as a Staff Attorney or with a vendor as a PM, Team Lead or Review Manager. Flexibility to work OT and help others with deadline intensive projects. Strong prior experience with discovery document review projects and typical workflows. Significant experience with on-line document review systems; Relativity, Nuix Discover, or similar. Fluency in a second language in addition to English is preferred but not required.
