Plaintiff's serious injury litigation and trial practice seeks associate attorney with 2 years experience in civil litigation, and personal injury experience a plus. This can be a hybrid remote on-site position, depending on candidate and skills. The role will involve handling personal injury matters from inception to completion, whether through settlement or trial. Drafting pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motions, court appearances/argument, mediation/arbitration, trial preparation/support/attendance, medical record review/summary, interfacing with clients, doctors, treaters, experts, and opposing counsel. The candidate will be a self-starter, motivated, and quick learner. Legal research skills, positive attitude are a must, and a sincere desire to help people who have been injured and require skilled advocacy.
