Frog Rock Janitorial Service is looking for a part time commercial janitorial cleaner to join our night shift crew, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. Hours are 7:30 PM to midnight or 1:00 AM, more or less. Approximately 20 hours per week at this time. We are expanding our route; so more hours possibly available after we get to know you better. Service route includes Bainbridge and Silverdale. Must be able to wear backpack vacuum, lift and carry up to 30 pounds. Reliable transportation and cell phone required. Background check necessary. We are in need of a few general laborers to assist in ground work related to tree trimming and removals. This position will assist with hauling and chipping brush, driving, chainsaw and other pruning tool use and general site cleanup. Experience in this field of work is preferred, as can be a physically demanding job. With expressed interest and continued aptitude, training can be provided to learn tree climbing and rigging. This job has the potential to grow into a more well-rounded and skilled position for the right person. We meet at our truck yard at 7:30am, coordinate vehicles and equipment for that day, and return to the yard at the end of the day, generally around 4pm with some days requiring overtime. Job Summary A Project Specialist is responsible for cleaning floors, stripping, waxing, general floor and carpet care to maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the flooring. Project Specialist provides superior cleaning services onsite at Carlson client locations under limited supervision and works in a collaborative relationship with other Carlson Building Maintenance team members. Project Specialist are also candidates for future Supervisors and Managers. Millage and time is paid when traveling between store locations Job Tasks: • Traveling to different stores to perform cleaning and waxing projects • Strip and wax floors and cleans carpeting. • Responsible for projects assigned by Manager and Supervisors. • Training of new employees. • Fill in for absent employees. • Performs other duties as assigned.
