Job description: Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Cleaner to join our team. The Lead Cleaner‘s primary role will be to complete hands-on cleaning tasks and janitorial duties daily as part of the team, and additionally will supervise cleaning staff, manage cleaning operations, and uphold quality standards across various environments at specific commercial locations. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Experience: A minimum of one year proven experience in a cleaning or custodial role, with a strong background in commercial cleaning or hospitality settings preferred. Previous supervisory or management experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with commercial cleaning management practices and standards. Ability to lead a team kindly and effectively while promoting a culture of camaraderie and excellence. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
