Water/Fire Damage Restoration Technician (east bay) In ServiceMaster Restoration technicians are responsible for fast response to emergency water and fire damage emergency calls. A never boring different job site all the time. Primary duties and responsibilities: *Identify the source of the problem and scope fire, water and disaster related losses *Perform water extraction and pack-out of contents *Remove and dispose of any non-salvageable flooring that was affected by the water loss *Perform light demo upon approval *Set up equipment and monitor daily *Prepare all documentation pertaining to the loss (contracts, pictures, sketching, daily reports, etc.) *Drive and operate company truck to job sites and job site monitoring *Move drying equipment and other items from job site to warehouse as needed *Good people skills and a smile. *Restoration experience and IICRC certification preferred, but we will train the right person. *Must be able to work in an environment that has suffered fire, water and wind damage *Requires a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record *Must be able to pass background check. *Afterhours payment, Health insurance, Retirement plan, PTO. send your resume or walk in to fill up application. 27736 industrial blvd.
