Spa Water Care Technician (hayward / castro valley)

Paradise Valley Spas is looking for a motivated, reliable, and detail oriented individual to join our team. Key Responsibilities: * Perform weekly spa water care at customer residences. * Test and maintain water chemistry for optimal spa performance and safety. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles and equipment. * Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction. * Complete paperwork accurately and communicate effectively with the team. Qualifications: * Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. * Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs regularly; physically fit for active, outdoor work. * Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. * Strong attention to detail and time management. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. * Familiarity with Bay Area routes and locations is a plus.
