Lawn Care technician (Peabody)

We are currently hiring for the position of Lawn Care Technician—a hands-on role where your skills will directly contribute to the health and beauty of our clients’ outdoor spaces. Position Overview Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Location: North Shore Massachusetts Pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: 40+ hours/week (overtime available) About the Role As a Lawn Care Technician, you’ll be responsible for providing high-quality lawn and plant fertilization, as well as weed and insect control services for both residential and commercial properties. This position offers the chance to work independently while delivering outstanding results and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Apply fertilizers, weed, and insect control treatments Diagnose turf diseases, weeds, and pest issues Maintain a clean and safe work vehicle Promote additional services to existing customers Uphold safety protocols and professional communication at all times Requirements Valid MA Driver’s License with a clean driving record MA Pesticide License (or willingness to obtain) Strong attention to detail, reliability, and work ethic Landscaping experience preferred but not required Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of conditions Compensation & Benefits Why Join Us?
