Job Summary: This position is a hands on, skilled and reliable Commercial Parking Lot Sweeper Operator to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to operate parking lot sweeping equipment to ensure cleanliness and safety in commercial parking lots. The ideal candidate will have experience operating parking lot sweepers, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Responsibilities * Operate parking lot sweeping equipment including but not limited to sweepers, vacuum trucks, and other related machinery. * Uphold standards by sweeping and cleaning parking lots, garages, and other designated areas according to established schedules and guidelines. * Prioritize and effectively complete scheduled contracted services sweeping while staying within the allocated amount of time scheduled for each property. * Remove debris, trash, and other obstructions from parking lots to maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and employees. Change and reline trash receptacles on designated sites. * Hand pick large debris from island planters and property boundaries. * Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or maintenance issues to management promptly. Ensure the safe use of and performance of equipment adhere to OSHA safety guidelines. * Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate work activities and ensure timely completion of tasks. * Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and prevent accidents in the workplace. * Follow environmental regulations and guidelines for proper disposal of waste materials collected during sweeping operations. * Daily upload of service photos at sites into company portal systems to provide visual documentation of site conditions and completion of work. * Complete and submit accurate inspections for vehicle and equipment issued under your care. * Utilize company technology, resources, and software tools for communication. * Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: * Prior experience operating heavy machinery, preferably parking lot sweepers or similar equipment. * Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair techniques for mechanical equipment is desirable. * Ability to work independently. * Clear driving record (Motor Vehicle Report required) * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Required to work a graveyard position. * Comfortable working outside in various weather conditions *******To be considered for the position, please submit your resume when expressing interest.*******
