The Pitch Superintendent manages the completion of assigned Pitch jobs while reviewing work orders for accuracy, defining all logistical needs, and fully understands the scope of work. The pitch superintendent will complete audits for quality and safety standards and train subordinates on corrective actions. This position will require you to forecast workloads and manage and track daily production goals. You will need to ensure every job and installation meets or exceeds our quality standards. Ensuring all clients receive the Pfeifer experience. Ordering materials or returning goods as needed and managing the work order cycle within our programs. You will be responsible for supervising foreman and holding teams accountable for company and division expectations.
