We strive to provide professional and consistent service to our community by taking care of people and keeping their lawns and gardens beautiful. Please join us with your attitude and effort! -Starting at $18-22 based on experience with driver's license and possible advancement after 4 week trial period. Health insurance is available for full time employees. -We’re a growing business at SLandM. By the end of the year we’ll be offering employees 401k packages as well as other benefits. -Employees are expected to report to work on time and adhere to the assigned work schedules. Prompt and regular attendance is essential for the smooth operation of our business. -Start immediately upon hire. -There will be a probationary period of approximately 4 weeks (during which you will still be paid) and after this period we will have a follow-up meeting that will determine whether you come on as a full-time employee or not. -Knowledge of landscaping and lawn maintenance preferred. -Ability to operate a string-trimmer is required. -Must be able and willing to spend days outside and in the sun as well as able and willing to lift 40 - 60 pounds regularly. -We're looking for a friendly demeanor and willingness to be a team player. -Understanding of good customer service required.
