In this role, you will be responsible for providing a safe, fun, and engaging environment for dogs in our care. This position is ideal for individuals who love animals and have experience in pet care or related fields. Duties: Supervise and engage with dogs during playtime to ensure their safety and well-being. Maintain cleanliness of the daycare facility, including regular cleaning of play areas and equipment. Monitor the health and behavior of dogs, reporting any concerns to management promptly. Handle heavy lifting when moving supplies or assisting with larger breeds of dogs. Experience : Previous experience in animal handling or pet care is preferred. Customer service skills are essential for interacting with pet owners effectively. Experience in dog handling, or pet sitting will be advantageous Ability to perform heavy lifting as required in the daycare setting. Integrate business policies and governance processes into planning and accountability for project roadmaps. Establish risk management, escalation paths, and take corrective measurements to keep projects on track. Build and manage budgets, actuals and forecast for the merger integration program. Schedule, facilitate and lead related project meetings. Create and manage stakeholders’ communication at all levels of the organization. Identify and report program KPIs to assess impact. Coordinate, manage and monitor the workflow of cross-functional teams. Provide and perform quality assurance checks on project artifacts and deliverables. Requirements Desired Skills & Experience  Candidates must have proven experience in project management gained through managing large and complex projects. Candidates must have the following: Minimum 5 years strong project/program management experience managing multiple work streams. Consulting experience with integration activities across several functional areas is desired and should include any of the following: operations, product, engineering, finance/acctg or human resources exposure. Industry exposure in telecommunications, broadband or cable industry is required knowledge for this role. Ability to be on site several days per week or travel to be on site in the Northeast. Strong experience with Excel, PowerPoint and Smartsheet are required. Proven knowledge of project management methodology such as Agile, scrum. Strong leadership, stakeholder, and management skills, including executive presence. Good knowledge of resource allocation procedures. Excellent oral and written communications skills to stakeholders including the ability to influence and negotiate. Ability to think critically and process information quickly, presenting a succinct and insightful format for executives. Strong analytical, documentation and reporting skills are desired.   Education/Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or similar PMP certification is desired MBA is a plus Compensation Sand Cherry Associates based in Denver, CO is required by state law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This is a long term consulting engagement, with an hourly range of $80-90/hour on 1099 or adjusted commensurate salary on W2. What the Mobile Diesel Mechanic/Technician role looks like: Perform onsite scheduled preventative maintenance, DOT inspections and follow up repairs to Class 6-8 trucks in a mobile/field environment.  Perform Emergency Road Service Calls.  Respond to call center dispatched scheduled and unscheduled service and maintenance requests.  Diagnose and repair various types of truck equipment including, but not limited to the following: Electrical/Brake/Cooling Systems, Starters/Alternators, Air conditioning systems, Fan clutches, Engine electronics, Power steering systems, Engines (gas and diesel), Transmissions (manual and automatic), Clutches, Differentials, etc.  Inspect, test, and listen to defective equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using test instruments such as handheld computers and pressure gauges.  Use basic hand tools, precision instruments, as well as power tools, welding equipment, and jacks.  Road test vehicles to diagnose malfunctions or to ensure that they are working properly.  Maintain a high level of productivity and be able to work within or close to most standard repair times.  Obtain parts from approved local and national vendors as necessary for the repairs to be performed.  Maintain company issued service truck, conduct safety checks and pre/post trip inspections.  Perform other duties as assigned. What our ideal candidate looks like: Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Diesel Technician on Class 6-8 trucks and trailers.  Proficiency in DOT inspections and air brake repairs.  Excellent verbal communication skills.
