Property Preservation - General Labor (Outer Banks)

Cleaners needed Monday through Friday 5PM to 9PM for a total of 20 hours per week. It is recommended that you have commercial cleaning experience. We are looking for laborers to take care of our properties throughout NE States. Attention to detail is very important as all performed service is quality controlled after completion. Laborer must be efficient, effective, detail orientated, and a great team player. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. Comprehensive paid field and administrative training will be provided. Service Overview: Laborer will perform the following services throughout the NE States. They will be responsible for performing the services using our discretion and their expertise. We will provide all necessary tools and equipment. - Debris removal - Inspections - Installation of handrails, smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, switch plates, outlet covers, gas/water caps, vent covers, etc. - Lawn/yard maintenance, shrub trimming, vine removal - Snow removal - Cleaning services - Window boarding & re-glazing - Gutter cleaning & repair - Securing/lock changes - Winterizations/de-winterizations - Minor repairs & other similar services as needed Requirement: - Must Pass Background Check - Must Pass Drug Test - Clean Driving Record - Previous experience and track record of performing the above services or similar services. - Must be reachable via phone/email/text throughout the day.

Garden Help Needed in Plymouth Digging, raking, weeding, other outdoor chores. Some experience helpful. 18-12 hours/week, very flexible schedule. $25/hr. Work ethic highly valued. Should be pleasant, calm, trustworthy and a hard worker. Will learn lots about gardening and maybe some light construction.
