Responsibilities include but not limited to: Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in residential and commercial settings. Install, maintain and repair plumbing fixtures, pipes and equipment. Collaborate with the supervisor to ensure efficient and effective job completion. Communicate with clients in a professional manner to explain necessary repairs and provide cost estimates. (as needed) Maintain accurate record keeping of work performed and materials used. Always adhere to safety protocols and regulations. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Company-provided tools and equipment as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a plumber Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes and regulations Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and customer service and communication skills Reliable & punctual Ability to perform work without supervision and with a high level of independence. This is an on call, 8am-4pm position, every time it snows 2" or more October 15th-April 15th. Looking to hire a Subcontractor for shoveling our residential walkways for customers in the Abbott/Omalley/Huffman road area. AWD or Four-wheel drive vehicle with snow tires is required. Same route every 2"+ storm, shoveling small - medium sized walkways to front door. Routes are designed to be completed within 6 hours on a lighter storm, or 8 hours when the snow is deeper. Great gig for a stay-at-home parent, delivery driver or someone with a flexible work schedule. Very minimal customer interaction.
