Production Associates Needed ASAP (Dayton)

Now Hiring: Production Associate – Level 2 📍 Location: Dayton, NJ 💲 Pay Rate: $17-18/hr 🕒 Schedule: 7:30am-4pm or 3pm-11:30pm PeopleShare is seeking dedicated and reliable Production Associates to join a leading food manufacturing company! This is a great opportunity to grow your career in a stable and supportive environment. Job Responsibilities: Accurately count and pack bags of rice into cases. Inspect product packaging to ensure quality standards are met (no holes or tears). Safely operate case taper machine to seal packed cases. Manually stack, arrange, and shrink wrap pallets (up to 50 lbs). Assemble and prepare boxes with customer labels. Assist with cleaning/sanitizing equipment and disposing of materials and scraps. Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety rules, and PPE requirements. Perform additional duties and projects as needed. Minimum Requirements: Ability to count accurately and follow oral/written instructions in English. Comfortable working at a set pace on a production line and performing repetitive tasks. Able to lift 30–50 lbs regularly. Strong attendance, punctuality, and willingness to work overtime as needed. Physical Demands & Environment: Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching. Requires lifting and pushing up to 50 lbs. Work performed in a food manufacturing facility with exposure to rice, machinery, and moderate-to-high noise levels.
