Training Provided. **Responsibilities:** - Lead Team Members under the guidance of the Owner - Perform a variety of manual labor tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving furniture. - Assist with the cleanup of job sites. - Operate basic tools and equipment as needed. - Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. - Lead and support team members with various tasks to ensure project completion. **Requirements:** - Physical stamina and strength to perform some labor-intensive tasks. - Ability to lead and work as part of a team. - Willingness to learn and adapt to different job requirements. - Previous General Labor and/or Mover experience is a plus but not required. - Must have a Driver License, insurance, and own vehicle. (Gas stipend also provided) **This is an independent contractor role; which means you will need to file your own 1099 taxes for 90 days. After that we will go to payroll after a 90 day evaluation.
