We’re looking for a Carpenter who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, working with their hands, and bringing creative solutions to unique challenges. This role is primarily on-site and labor-focused, with some light coordination as needed. No two days are the same - one day you might be assisting with a small bathroom remodel, the next you could be tackling spring home maintenance or supporting outdoor projects. Our primary service locations are in King County. What You’ll Do - Perform hands-on construction, repair, and maintenance work across a variety of residential projects. (examples: deck repairs, carpentry, exterior pressure washing, small remodels/demo, etc.) - Support project leads and managers in keeping jobsites organized, efficient, and safe. - Interact with high-end clientele and vendors with professionalism, courtesy, and discretion. - Troubleshoot problems on-site and provide quality, timely solutions. - Assist with light project coordination and communication as needed. Floorcare Technician REQUIRED: Must be Live scanned for a background check with the County of Los Angeles. Must have a valid CA driver's license with a good driving record. Job Summary Periodic advanced floor care duties to include stripping, dressing, buffing and waxing of hard floors, carpet extraction and shampooing, and terrazzo maintenance, and other projects as assigned.  Will use cleaning equipment, such as buffers, auto scrubbers and other floor machines, tools, products, and supplies necessary to accomplish tasks.
