Late Night Front of house cleaner ( AND ) Back of house CLEANER 🪶 🧼 Currently we're paying every 3 weeks or so. Not nightly. Front of House;: I'm looking for someone dependable to trust and who would be able too clean unsupervised occasionally. Please *you have to be detailed and quick. *cleaning under all booths and tables checking for crumbs in booths and chairs then vacuuming dining areas. *Clean under tables and clean table bases in bar as well as the entrance area checking for crumbs in chairs and booths then sweep and mop these areas. *Clean bathrooms. All toilet paper rolls to be full for upcoming day. Detail sinks and soap, paper towels and toilets. Sweep and mop bathroom. Checking doors and walls. *We will have a monthly rotation for all of the mirrors. *Check all glass doors and mirrors for smudges and Clean if dirty. *Light dusting of ledges and shelves nightly Some nights you will not have all of these duties. Some nights you will We will have you fill out a form to pay your taxes at the end of the year. We usually do zelle or whatever you prefer. $$ The pay varies on whether you preform all of these duties or split the load that night. 30-60 a night Hours:: we arrive between 11 and 1230 and clean 2-4 hours BACK OF HOUSE CLEANER NEEDED Couple nights a week to start. Sat and Sunday. Every other weekend ok if you prefer. Could use someone who would be willing to come last minute occasionally. Requirements Duties and Responsibilities: Primary duties are the installation and removal of Mezzanine and Tent structures as well as other duties assigned to in the field or within the warehouse. Construction, installation, and removal of multiple styles of stages, floors, and tent structures Ensure full client satisfaction in relation to the quality of service and finished product within planned time schedules Ensure appropriate safety measures are followed, including wearing and use of safety equipment Carrying, loading, and unloading of materials from truck to installation location on site Respectful interactions with multi-lingual team, leaders, and clients Uphold company safety standards and ensure appropriate safety measures are followed Clean and prepare construction sites, including removing debris and materials You are responsible for using the most current timekeeping system and making sure all of your employees under your supervision are using the time keeping system correctly. Other duties as required   Requirements Travel: Frequent travel in the US. Over 50% on the road travel for long periods of time. Must be eligible to drive a company vehicle, and have a valid driver's license Highly preferred experience installing Double Decker platforms Pass Background check and Drug screening requirements Experience with Hoecker, Roder, Losberger or Velderman products preferred Valid United States driver’s license preferred Technical skills related to the industry are learned while on the job, but basic construction skills, carpentry, scaffolding, rigging, and flatbed loading are essential in this position Forklift, boom lift, and scissor lift licenses a plus, but not required. Training will be provided OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 is a plus, but not required. Autura Marketplace Vehicle Inspector Job Description: This position is responsible for taking photographs of vehicles to support online sales efforts. These images will be published online at marketplace.autura.com. Vehicle images will need to be taken within specific parameters set out by the Autura Marketplace team. These vehicles are located at different tow yards across given region that you will be expected to drive to. You will be required to take 8-10 photos per vehicle in addition to a video when necessary. If a vehicle has a key, a video is required. (running or not running) This position is considered remote, but you will need to drive to each assigned project. You must have a smartphone and vehicle to apply (you will be using your smartphone to take the vehicle images & you are expected to drive to each assigned project). Availability: 15-20 hours per week Pay: $10 per vehicle Job Responsibilities: Capture and process electronic images and videos of vehicles at tow yards across a given region. Ability to lift vehicle hoods for engine pictures and crouch for catalytic converter pictures. Ability to walk around in all weather conditions for up to 2 hours or more. Qualifications : High School Diploma/GED Basic computer software skills are preferred. Generally, less than 2 years’ experience in a related field. 1 year of experience in photography preferred; experience in digital and computer processing a plus. 1 year of car mechanic experience preferred. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time. Ability to perform repetitive motion tasks, manual dexterity. Vision abilities required include close, distance and depth perception.
