MUST BE RELIABLE. MUST CLEAN WITH QUALITY. MUST PAY ATTENTION TO DETAILS. MUST BE CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED/VERY NICE/MAKE THE CLIENTS HAPPY. MUST HAVE A CLEAN BACKGROUND. Duties include cleaning and disinfecting janitorial work - cleaning bathrooms, mopping, sweeping, break room/kitchens, office areas, cubicle areas, vacuuming, restocking all paper goods/supplies, disinfecting and wiping all touch surfaces, cleaning glass, wiping desks and areas of dust, cleaning windows etc. Monday to Friday Mid-day cleaning hours 11:00a.m.- 2:00pm. Mid-day service will not take the full 3 hours. But it must be completed within that timeframe. Monday to Friday After hours cleaning (after they close at 5pm and before they open at 7am), but two of the days you must arrive earlier by 4:30pm to clean secure areas.
