In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of a portfolio of properties by conducting daily inspections of common areas, trash rooms, storage rooms, and building exteriors. You will document and report findings, manage the removal of trash from interior common spaces, ensure spaces are presentable, assist with pest control efforts, and address any issues or abnormalities in the building.
